Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.        At 20414 Julie Marie Ln, Katy,TX; an employee was unprotected on a steep roof with a pitch of 5:12, at an elevated height of approximately 22 feet, exposing employee to fall hazards.
