29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 7900 Long Acre, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about February 12, 2015; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to the ground in that body harness' and lanyards were worn but were not attached to the boom or basket.
