The forklift was equipped with Roll Over Protection.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:      a)  At the yellow stationary metal chop saw:  On or about February 09, 2015, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard, while operating a Kalamazoo Chop Saw, while the saws 240 Vac electrical line cable armor was not connect and thus not providing strain relief.    b)  At the beige, portable air compressor:  On or about February 09, 2015, an employee was exposed to an electrical hazard, while turning on/off the portable air compressor, while the compressors 230 Vac flexible power cord lacked a connector at the on/off switch thus not providing strain relief.
