29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:      a)  On or about February 24, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a multi-story home without adequate fall protection measures in place.        South Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 965136, Citation 1, Item 1, issued April 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10901 E. Garden Drive, Aurora, CO 80013.  This citation became final on May 9, 2014.
