OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a 17 foot fall hazard:    a.  On or about February 25, 2015, at Whip-It Inventions, Inc., the employer was using an unapproved platform on the forks of a forklift to lift employees to the top storage racks and ceilings, exposing employees to a 17 foot fall hazard.
