On or about Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Terminal 4, JFK Airport, Jamaica, NY 11430  The employer failed to provide employees that were required use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited too; TKO Oven & Grill Cleaner and MicroTech Stainless Steel Polish while cleaning the interior portion of an industrial hood the appropriate eye protection.  WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
