29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a.  Dogwood Park Subdivision, Lot #31, Bloomfield Court, Cumming, GA - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Lower level employees were not utilizing head protection while working beneath the upper level employees who is handling portable hand tools, on or about February 26, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.   Dogwood Park Subdivision, Lot #31, Bloomfield Court, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employee were working and walking on the top plates while in the process of nailing down press boards approximately nine feet above ground level, without utilizing any type of fall protection, on or about February 26,  2015.
