29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.    (a)MasterFrame Construction, Inc. at 740 S. Washington St., Denver, CO 80012: On and before March 2nd, 2015, the controlling employer failed to initiate and maintain frequent and regular inspections of the jobs sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.  Specifically, the controlling employer failed to ensure that adequate fall protective measures where in place for subcontractors installing a parapet on a roof exposing them to a 28 foot fall hazard on a two story duplex.
