29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    a)      On or about February 26, 2015, the employer, HSPD Securities Manufacturing, Inc. d/b/a Hale Pet Door, did not require the use of adequate personal protective equipment for employees, who were required use paint thinner and denatured alcohol while engaged in the fabrication of pet door products, so as to prevent skin contact due to chemical exposure.      b)     On or about February 26, 2015, the employer, HSPD Securities Manufacturing, Inc. d/b/a Hale Pet Door, did not require the use of adequate personal protective equipment for employees, who were required use paint thinner and denatured alcohol while engaged in the fabrication of pet door products, so as to prevent eye exposure due to chemical splash.
