29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  On or about March 2, 2015, employees were working in the stockroom where boxes of product, material, and U-Boats were not stored and stacked in an orderly manner that would eliminate trip hazards for employees as they enter and exit the area.  The Dollar Tree Stores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954526, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 950 American Legion Highway Roslindale, MA 02131.  The Dollar Tree Stores was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1910.22 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92089, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1762 N. Richmond Road, McHenry, IL 60051.
