29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Ardsley Rd., Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 4, 2015, employees were working on the roof and on the open ceiling joists of this residence being constructed, more than 19 and 9 feet, respectively, above the lower level(s) without any fall protection.    Celebrity Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501 B (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315513887, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 220 South St., Bernardston, MA.
