29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:      a) Beech Associates employees working at 973 5th Ave. New York, NY 10075, performing alteration, repair and renovation of structures that contained lead-based paint (48.45 %) were exposed to lead hazard. Surfaces were found to be contaminated with lead dust(318. ug) and debris(8.4 %). The condition was noted on or about 03/02/15.         NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY  DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT  CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS  VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
