Behind the driller trailer, the 2800-gallon water tanks electric motor pump was wrapped using a heater tape to keep a nozzle from freezing; the heater tape was plugged into a 50-foot orange extension cord. Manufacturer instructions specifically states do not use with extension cords.    b.    Behind the driller trailer, the 2800-gallon water tanks electric motor pump was plugged into a 50-foot orange extension cord then daisy-chained using another 50-foot red/black extension cord which then plugged into the main site transformer. Manufacturer instructions specifically states do not plug one extension cord into another.
