29 CFR 1926.304(f): All woodworking tools and machinery did not meet the applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute (ANSI), 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery:   In the following instance the table saw did not comply with ANSI O1.1-1961 Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery, Section 6.1.2.5:  Where a hood-type guard cannot be used because of unusual cuts, a jig or fixture that will provide equal safety for the operator shall be used.  On the completion of such operations, the guard shall be immediately replaced.   Ice Cream Shop - The blade on the DEWALT table saw was not guarded or protected when siding was ripped.
