29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:      a)  On or about March 6, 2015, two roofers were exposed to a fall from a height from a low pitched 4x12 roof as they were moving and placing clay roof tiles from 15.5 feet without using fall protection.    Abatement certification AND documentation is required for this item.
