29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers:  (a)Premium Group Properties, dba Premium Group Builders at 3141 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205: On and before March 6th, 2015, the controlling employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person. Subcontractor employees worked on a 4-story commercial building where the ladder access/egress, and several window openings were not properly guarded on each floor. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards up to 52 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a)Premium Group Properties, dba Premium Group Builders at 3141 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205: On and before March 6th, 2015, the employer did not make sure each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
