29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. At the site located on 10416 Whispering Hammock Rd., Riverview, FL, employees performing roof work while standing 18-ft above ground without any means of fall protection were observed, on or about, 03/05/2015.  b. At the site located on 10416 Whispering Hammock Rd., Riverview, FL, employees performing frame work inside a residential structure were exposed to 13-ft fall from unguarded wall openings. No means of fall protection were provided, on or about, 03/05/2015.
