29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   724 Washington Street, Stoughton, Ma., First and Second Floors:  Second Floor: Three window openings on the east side of the building did not have guardrails exposing employees to a fall of 28 feet to the ground below.   First Floor: A window opening on the east side of the building did not have a guardrail exposing employees to a fall of 18 feet to the ground below.   First Floor: Two window openings on the north side of the building did not have guardrails exposing employees to a fall of 8 feet to the ground below.
