29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Heavy machinery, equipment or parts thereof, which were suspended or held aloft by slings, hoists, or jacks were not substantially blocked or cribbed to prevent falling or shifting before employees were permitted to work under or between them.        At the jobsite, the employer did not properly cribbed an Iron T pipe to prevent it from shifting while tightening bolts, exposing employees to caught in between hazards.
