29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:     a) Bridgestone America's Tire Operations dba GCR Tires & Service at 794 22nd Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505:  On or before April 24th, 2015, employees were performing tire filling operations were exposed to health hazards associated with toluene diisocyanate while using a 2-part foam material and the employer failed to ensure that employees had received appropriate hazard communication training which included discussion on dermal exposures and sensitizers.  The two-part foam material was used by employees in their work areas.
