29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure:       On or about March 11, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were allowed to operate a wall panel saw that did not have an "anti-restart" device installed to prevent automatic restarting of the saw. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:       On or about May 11, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in assembly area employees were allowed to use compressed air nozzles for cleaning purpose which were not the type that would reduce the pressure to below 30 p.s.i.  The employees were exposed to skin and eye injury.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2): Outlet devices had an ampere rating less than the load being served:       On or about March 11, 2015, or at times prior thereto, in the paint department two hair dryers were plugged into an extension cord which was plugged into the same outlet device which had a current rating less than the load being served.  This exposed employees to fire hazards.
