29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a)  On March 13, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to up to an 18-foot fall hazard while installing plywood sheets on second story floor trusses without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge of a multi-story complex in the vicinity of 2303 Shoal Loop in Mandan, North Dakota.
