29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards.  (a) Location: 17 Bridge street, Lexington MA, 02421  On or about 3/16/2015, a competent person did not perform a frequent and regular inspection of the jobsite to identify safety and health hazards such as: Workers exposed to electrical hazards, an unguarded table saw, workers not wearing the necessary personal protective equipment and workers exposed to fall hazards.
