29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) Job site, 40 South 22nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 16, 2014, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees wore appropriate eye/face protection when operating nail guns in that an employee wore normal sunglasses that were not safety glasses.
