29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      a) On or about March 18, 2015 and at times prior, an employee was exposed to 30 feet fall injuries while working on the roof of a residential house. The employee was not protected with a fall protection systems.      Porras Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961131, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1030 Highland Vista Avenue, Castle Rock, CO 80109; and,     Porras Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 111394, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15540 Canyon Gulch Lane, Englewood, CO 80112.
