29 CFR 1926.352(f): Precautions were not taken on the sides of walls, floors or ceilings opposite the side where welding, cutting, or heating was performed: On or about 03/19/2015 at the Brooker Memorial Construction Project, welding and torch cutting were being done from the roof deck and the sparks and slag generated from the work were falling onto cardboard boxes and lumber located below.
