29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) BREW HOUSE FLOOR: Employees who were potentially exposed to injurious corrosive chemicals (Chemserve HD 3000, AFCO 5282, AFCO 5339) were not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use on or about March 19, 2015.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will  be met:    a) 15032 Kutztown Road, Kutztown, PA 19530:  On or about March 19, 2015, a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented for employees who were potentially exposed in the workplace to hazardous chemicals such as Chemserve HD 3000, AFCO 5282, and AFCO 5339.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment:  a)  BREW HOUSE FLOOR AND SUPPORT AREAS: On or about March 19, 2015 the employer did not certify in writing the workplace hazard assessment for the employees performing various jobs in the facility.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
