29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable:  a)  On or about March 18, 2015, during frying activities on the Frymaster Deep Fat Fryer H50/52, located in the kitchen, the employer did not ensure all employees were provided slip resistant foot wear and that mats or other dry standing places were provided for employees who were exposed to slips, trips and falls while frying foods.
