29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   A) Front of building 500, on or about March 17, 2015, employees walked on a balcony that had an open sided floor, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 1/2 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  A) Front of building 500, on or about March 17, 2015, the two sections of wooden stairs used to access the second floor did not have stair rails on the open sides of the stairway, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 4 1/2 feet and 9 1/2 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:   A) Front of building 500, middle area, on or about March 17, 2015, the landing platform for a set of stairs did not have guardrails on the open sides, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 4 1/2 feet.
