29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about March 10, 2015 at the jobsite located at or near 1601 Canterbury Court, in Liberty MO employees were exposed to a struck by hazard in that they working on the ground with no protective helmets while work was going on overhead producing falling and flying objects.
