On or about March 12, 2015, an employee was using a Porter Cable pneumatic nail gun without the use of safety glasses.

29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a.  On or about March 12, 2015, in the wood shop, an employee was operating a Delta Milwaukee table saw that did not have a guard covering the blade.

29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):  Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):  a.  On or about March 12, 2015, on the Delta table saw, the drive motor did not have a guard on the belt and pulley, exposing employees to the in-going nip points.
