29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.    On or about March 23, 2015, employees performing framing work on the roof exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the lower level were not provided fall protection.
