29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     This violation occurred on March 25, 2015 at a jobsite located at: 5803 E. Northwest Highway Dallas, TX 75231 where at least one (1) employee was observed working near an unguarded side or edge of a building without fall protection at heights greater than 25 foot, exposing employees to fall hazards.
