29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 1 Hollow Way, Newnan, GA 30265: The employer failed to inspect and remove a 50 ft. 14 gauge flexible cord which had a torn and worn casing which exposed the internal circuits. This cord was used to power a Makita (Model - 5007F) 7-1/4-inch Circular Saw which was double insulated and plugged into a GFCI outlet.
