29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide:  At this multi-family residential dwelling project, employees stood and worked on a wood/ lumber scaffold that was not at least 18" wide. An employee was working on building framing and was exposed to falls.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At this multi-family residential project under construction, employees walked and worked next to an unprotected side approximately 15 feet above ground level.  Employees were not protected from falling by use of guardrails systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
