29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): Information pertaining to the equipment in the process shall include piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs):  a) 80 Industrial Drive, Alpha, NJ site - Nitric Oxide Purification building:   Information pertaining to the equipment in the process was not accurate on the piping and instrumentation diagrams. Process safety information pertaining to the equipment, such as but not limited to safety valves, in the process were not included on the piping and instrumentation diagram. The nitric oxide NO P&ID did not accurately depict several safety valves that existed in the field. The valves which were observed in the field did not have labels that corresponded with the P&ID.   Conditions noted on or about 4/1/2015.
