29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Energized conductors to the Okamato surface grinder, model 16-24, were exposed to abrasion when they came out of the fitting to the base of the surface grinder. This exposed employees to potential electrical shock. This violation was abated at the time of inspection quick fix.
