OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to a fall from an elevation.  A)  Exterior of house, Left side driveway: - NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 31 feet as he was using a material hoist as a ladder for access on to and off of the roof of a house, on or about March 11th, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)   A) Exterior, Roof: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 31 feet while engaged in roofing work on a residential structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about March 11th, 2015.
