29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the job site on or about March 24, 2015, four employees were working from the roof installing metal sheathing onto the roof deck without any means of fall protection, which exposed the employees up to 18 feet fall hazards.
