29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Kitchen, On or about March 26, 2015- Employees added Powder Pro Solid Silver Soak, a corrosive, which contained sodium carbonate and sodium metasilicate to a water base to pre-soak and de-tarnish tableware.    The kitchen did not have an eyewash stations equipped with accommodating 15-minutes of continuous flush.
