29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Truck, (License Plate AL 29x/l1038); on or about March 25, 2015 and times prior the employer exposed employees to health hazards by failing to keep the interior of a truck free of lead. Wipe samples resulted in a lead concentration of 20.05 micrograms per 100cm2 from the stirring wheel and 25.55 micrograms per 100cm2 from the drivers seat.
