29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine designed for fixed location were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving:  In the storage/warehouse area, employees suing the RIGID cut-off saw, serial# 2132175941, to cut wood and other materials, were exposed to amputation hazard in that the saw was not secured to the stand and the stand was not secured to the floor.
