29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:       (a)  Pro Systems at 2032 W 33rd Ave, Denver, CO 80211:  On or before March 27, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee worked on the second-level exterior wall ledge, which was approximately 3 feet in width, without the use of a fall protection system.  The employee was assisting with exterior window installation on a new condominium.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall of 20 feet.
