29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a) 1313 Van Steffy Ave, Wyomissing, PA; Ground employees were working beneath roofers without the use of a hard hat while the roofers were installing slate shingles on the roof above, on or about 04/01/2015.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
