29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:         a.)    John Lander Ceramic Tile, Inc., 101 East 6th Street, Erie, Pa, 16501,Basement area of Heritage center-on or about April 1, 2015, and times prior thereto:  Employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Bostik brand Webcrete 95, Bostik brand CTG Grouts, and Bostik brand Big Tile & Stone Series.  Employees did not have close access to a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and/or body.  Additionally, employees were unaware of the location of quick drenching and flushing facilities.

John Lander Ceramic Tile, Inc., 101 East 6th Street, Erie, Pa, 16501,Basement area of Heritage center-on or about April 1, 2015, and times prior thereto:  Employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Bostik brand Webcrete 95, Bostik brand CTG Grouts, and Bostik brand Big Tile & Stone Series.  The employer did not make arrangements for prompt medical attention for the job site in that, a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not available for immediate emergency use.
