29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(13):  a.  Caney Estates Subdivision, 3165 Caney Estate Place, Lot #20, Cumming, GA - Subcontractors employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing the proper means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 20-21 feet above ground level on the elevated roof, Installing shingles and other roofing materials along the elevated roof, the employees were utilizing a type of rock climbing equipment while others did not have on anything, on or about 04/01/15.
