29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761:     a) At the job site, on or about March 26, 2015, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees engaged in steel erection work,  which exposed the employees up to 30 feet fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:     a) At the job site, on or about March 26, 2015, and at times prior thereto, five employees were working from the roof installing PBR metal roofing panels without any means of fall protection, which exposed the employees up to 30 feet fall hazards.
