29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):   Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":   (a) On or about March 31, 2015 at worksite 1112 Swift Ave North Kansas City, Missouri.- employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to exit doors not being marked with a sign identifying each as an exit.    Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

29 CFR 1910.132(a):   Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained.     (a) On or about  March 31, 2105, at worksite 1112 Swift Ave North Kansas City, Missouri.-employees in the installation assembly section were exposed to chemical burns and eye injury when handling battery acid without safety goggles, face shield, rubber gloves and apron.
