29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: On or about 03/30/2015, at 108 Basic Drive, West Monroe, LA, employees were conducting metal roofing on a commercial restaurant at a height of approximately 12 feet without a means of fall protection.
