(c) Facility, 100 Chapel Harbor Drive, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about April 7, 2015 the point of operation on the Pexto shear used to cut 18 gauge metal was not guarded to protect employees from contact with the cutting blade during operation.      (d) Facility, 100 Chapel Harbor Drive, Pittsburgh, PA:  On or about April 7, 2015 the point of operation on the Amada RG-50 press brake used to bend parts was not guarded to prevent the employees from placing their hands or other body parts in the danger zone during operation.
